Construction experience in pro mode.
Assemble directly on site and start printing. It’s as simple as that. No cranes. Easy to transport and maintain. And adaptable dimensions. Thanks to its leveling guides, build from one to 22m in line without disassembling the machine. And if you want to continue printing further, just move the same guides, place them below, move the machine and print to infinity. Quickly build houses on the ground. You may be able to build a 60m2 house in as little as 8h. And reach a production capacity of up to 264m2 of floor plan in one go.
It works with a speed range of 20mm/s up to 200mm/s.
Adapt the nozzle installed and choose the thickness of the walls. From 4cm to 18cm. Select the nozzle diameter depending on the extrusion and thickness you are interested in: 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 or 150mm.
You will have at your disposal a large material storage hopper of 45l of useful volume with a pumping system that has a comb and a vibrator that ensure a homogeneous and clean extrusion and allow you to adjust the mixture to every need. The system incorporates different limit switches. Define the starting point and pause printing when needed. It returns to its position and continues the process at any time, without the equipment losing the last working point. Perfect for multi-day constructions or cleaning the device.
Most importantly, it ensures the safety of your operators and the machine. It features CE marking, double emergency button, perimeter safety fencing and several end-of-stroke devices.

As incredible as the BEM PRO 9500 but x2. This machine is capable of printing two floors high with no extra effort. Mount directly on site and start printing. Easy to transport. And adaptable dimensions.
Thanks to its leveling guides, it builds from one to 22m in line without disassembling the machine. And then continue printing in line as far as you want by simply moving the guides, placing them next and moving the machine over them. Super simple.
Adapt its dimensions and reach a production capacity of up to 264m2 per plant in one go.

It uses our self-leveling system of the ground and manages to make a mapping of the ground to compensate for possible irregularities.
